Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch
All orders will be processed within 2 to 10 working days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following working days. We do our utmost to pack and dispatch your order as safely and quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched directly from our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using carefully selected courier companies. Estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal & select European locations: 1 to 2 weeks.
- Rest of the world: Up to a maximum of 30 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Safe Packaging & Transit Guidelines
All artworks are securely packed in custom protective packaging, following the highest industry standards for fine art shipping. 

Important Notice Upon Delivery:
When your package arrives, please inspect the exterior packaging carefully before signing for the delivery. In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by email at info@becauseartmatters.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damage, as outlined in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Failure to do so may affect insurance claims.
